With over 25 years of experience in the networking industry and One of the first CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineer) from Cisco, Ashok Murthy began his entrepreneurial career as the Founder of Peak XV Networks, a venture-funded company focused on design, implementation and management of IT infrastructure for service providers. He also worked at Ameritech Advanced Data Services and NEC Business Network Solutions. Currently serving as the President & CEO of IP Network Solutions Inc, Ashok holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit.
Laks Prabhala | Chief Technology Officer
Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for IPNS, Laks Prabhala’s overall responsibility is to lead, plan, design, develop and execute the implementation of Cybersecurity and Defense Programs for clients in the National Security space. He served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Director of IT/Cybersecurity for the Department of Justice. Laks is instrumental in providing advisory counsel to several strategic level organizations. His academic pedigree includes a Master’s in Computer Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s in engineering.
Rajesh Jayaraman| SVP of Business and Operations
As the Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Administration, Raj is responsible for the daily operations of IPNS contracts and corporate functions of Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting and Back Office support. Prior to IPNS, Raj was at SNAP, Inc. where he was responsible for the Federal Civilian Group Operations, Pricing, and Recruiting. Prior to SNAP, Raj spent 13 years with CACI in various Business Operations role. Prior to CACI, Raj spent 10 years with Large and Small Business in various Business Operations role. Raj holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from George Mason University.
Aiman Jalil | SVP of Business Development and Capture
Mr. Aiman Jalil is the Senior Vice President and Capture for the IPNS Inc., Team. In this role, Aiman is responsible for revenue growth and strategic market expansion. Aiman has over 28 years of experience in defense and aerospace, with senior management roles in business development, capture management, sales, marketing, and product/program management. Prior to joining IPNS, Jalil held leadership positions with companies such as Jeppesen (Boeing), Rockwell Collins, United Technologies, DynCorp, Honeywell, Northrop Grumman, and ManTech with a notable portfolio of capture wins across the technology spectrum from C4ISR, Cyber Engineering, Big Data, Agile DevOps, and Cloud Engineering. Aiman is a licensed private, instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine rated pilot, and attended Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado in pursuit of a B.S in Aviation management and Marketing.
