AI Software

Evaluate proposals faster.Support every decision.

Scorify is AI-assisted proposal evaluation software for federal source selection teams. It reads proposals, surfaces strengths, weaknesses, and deficiencies against your unique evaluation criteria and processes. Then it puts every insight in front of a human reviewer before any score is generated. The result is a faster evaluation cycle that's fully customized to your team's needs, and a clean, auditable record that holds up under protest scrutiny.

How Scorify works: AI drafts analysis, your team makes the call, defensible score comes out
The Challenge

Source selection is slow, inconsistent, and exposed to risk.

Federal evaluation teams are asked to do more with less every year. Proposals are longer and more technical. Source selection windows are tighter. Evaluators are spread across programs, and consistency across reviewers is hard to enforce. When a protest comes, the evaluation record has to tell a complete, defensible story about how the team reached its decision.

The cost is not just schedule risk. It is people. Evaluation teams are built by pulling subject matter experts away from the programs they were hired to run. SMEs sit on review panels for weeks at a time, falling behind on the high-value work that actually defines their roles. Their managers feel it. Their programs feel it. And the SMEs themselves often did not sign up for source selection when they took the job. Every week an expert spends reading proposals is a week they are not advancing the mission work the agency hired them to lead.

The tools most teams use today were not built for this. Spreadsheets, shared drives, and email threads create gaps in the record, slow the review, and make it hard to compare evaluators' findings side by side. Generic AI tools speed up reading but cannot be trusted to score, cannot be audited, and cannot be defended.

Scorify solves this exact problem.

The cost of the status quo: evaluations drag on for weeks, experts pulled off the mission, records that can't be defended, 52% of GAO bid protests end in some form of relief
What Scorify Does

Built around how source selection actually works.

Scorify mirrors the federal evaluation process your team already follows. It does not replace evaluators or contracting officers. It removes the friction between them and gives leadership a clear, real-time picture of where each evaluation stands.

01

AI-assisted reading and analysis

Scorify ingests RFPs and proposals in standard formats and uses Google Gemini, accessed through Vertex AI inside a federal-aligned cloud environment, to draft strengths, weaknesses, and deficiencies against your stated evaluation criteria. Sensitive information is redacted before any content is sent to the model. Evaluators get a head start — they never get a finished score from the AI.

02

Human-in-the-loop review

Every AI-generated insight lands in a pending state. An evaluator must explicitly accept, reject, or replace it before it influences a score. Rejected items are excluded. Pending items are ignored. Only accepted analyses count. The audit trail records who decided what and when.

03

Deterministic, defensible scoring

Scorify does not let AI assign scores. Once analyses are accepted by humans, the scoring engine applies your published comparative weights to compute evaluation and proposal scores. The math is transparent and reproducible. Run it again with the same inputs and you get the same answer. Every time.

04

Real-time evaluation dashboard

Source selection leads see a live picture of progress across every proposal and every evaluation type: technical, management, past performance, and price. Deficiencies are flagged immediately. Bottlenecks are visible before they become schedule risks.

How It Works

A workflow that fits inside your source selection plan.

1

Set up the evaluation

Contracting officers create the RFP record, define evaluation types and comparative weights, and load the source selection plan. Weights can be locked once evaluation begins to preserve the integrity of the record.

2

Load proposals

Vendor submissions are uploaded in PDF, DOCX, or XLSX format. Documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage. Nothing is public. Nothing is shared outside your tenant.

3

Generate AI analysis

Evaluators trigger AI analysis on a proposal. Scorify sends only the minimum necessary excerpts, with PII and identifiers redacted, and returns structured findings against the evaluation criteria.

4

Accept, reject, or replace

Evaluators review every AI finding. They accept what holds up, reject what does not, and add their own findings where the AI missed something. Reviewers can also work fully manually with no AI involvement at all.

5

Score and report

Once analyses are accepted, the scoring engine computes evaluation and proposal scores using your comparative weights. Source selection leads pull defensible reports directly from the system, with full traceability from finding to score.

Who It's For

Designed for the people doing the work.

Scorify is built for the full source selection team. Each role gets a view designed around what that role actually needs to do.

Contracting officers

An auditable evaluation record built for protest defense. Locked weights, immutable audit logs, and full traceability from any score back to the analysis and the evaluator behind it.

Evaluators and SMEs

A faster path through dense proposals. AI-drafted findings that reduce blank-page time without taking the judgment out of the evaluator's hands. A clean record of every decision for the file.

Source selection authorities and chairs

A live picture of evaluation progress, deficiencies, and final scores. Defensible reports on demand. A clear answer to the question "where are we?" without chasing evaluators for status.

Security & Compliance

Built for the security posture federal evaluations demand.

Scorify is designed to deploy inside a federal-approved cloud environment, including your agency's own cloud tenant where preferred. Security is not a feature added at the end. It is the foundation the rest of the product is built on.

FAQ

Common questions from federal teams.

Does Scorify make scoring decisions?
No. Scorify never assigns a score from AI output alone. Humans accept or reject every AI finding. Scores are computed deterministically from accepted findings using comparative weights your team defines.
Where does the AI run, and where does our data go?
Scorify uses Google Gemini through Vertex AI, deployed in a federal-aligned region inside your cloud environment. Proposal content stays inside that environment. Identifiers and sensitive content are redacted before any excerpt is sent to the model.
Can Scorify deploy inside our agency's own cloud tenant?
Yes. Scorify is designed to deploy inside an agency's existing federal cloud environment using containers, managed Postgres, and your agency's identity provider. We have done this with a federal customer and can do it with yours.
How does Scorify support protest defense?
Every change is captured in an append-only audit log with old and new values, the user who made the change, and the timestamp. Audit logs are exported to retention-locked storage. The full evaluation record is reconstructible from the system.
Can evaluators work without the AI?
Yes. AI analysis is optional at the evaluator level. A reviewer can run an entire evaluation manually if that fits their workflow or program needs.
What contract vehicles can we buy Scorify on?
Scorify is being positioned for federal acquisition through GSA Multiple Award Schedule and other vehicles relevant to your agency. Contact us to discuss the right path for your acquisition.
